Terms & referral disclosure

Referral service, not the performing contractor

APX Leak Locator is a lead-generation/referral service. It helps High Point callers seek independent leak-detection providers. APX does not carry out inspection or repair work, employ the visiting technician, or guarantee provider availability or results.

Booking and authorization

Confirm the independent provider’s identity, relevant qualifications, coverage, inspection scope and charges before booking. Any work you approve is arranged with that provider. Detection, access, repair, drying and finish restoration may have separate scopes and fees.

Commercial relationship

APX may receive compensation for eligible calls or referrals. A connection does not mean every provider has the same equipment, credentials or availability. No provider ratings, licenses or guarantees are attributed to APX.

Website guidance

The site offers general information, not a diagnosis of a specific property. Symptoms may have several causes. An on-site assessment may be needed. Images are conceptual illustrations and do not depict an APX crew or completed projects.

Urgent situations

This website is not a public emergency service. Avoid unsafe flooded spaces and wet electrical equipment. Use the appropriate emergency or utility service where immediate danger or public infrastructure is involved.
